CANCELLATION
is required if:

  • You need to register a REPLACEMENT student for same or different Class and/or Exam Session.

  • Registered student doesn't need this Class and/or Exam Session.

RESCHEDULE
is required if:

  • SAME student needs to change to a future Class and/or Exam Session.

Cancellation Confirmation Email will be sent

Complete RESCHEDULE Form

Verification emails will be sent
to Account Owner & Student

PAID
Credit is transferred to your account.

Cancellation Fee, if Applicable.

UNPAID
Cancellation Fee, if Applicable.

PAID
Payment will transfer to new
Class or Exam Session.
Reschedule Fee, if Applicable.

UNPAID
Reschedule Fee, if Applicable.

A&SW's Cancellation / Reschedule Fee Policy

Reschedule / Cancellation of a Class or Exam Session prior to seven (7) calendar days.

Reschedule / Cancellation of a Class or Exam Session within seven (7) calendar days or less.

A credit will be issued to the Account used for registration for future scheduling.

A fee of 50% will be deducted from total paid, remaining balance will be issued to Account used for registration for future scheduling.

Agreed upon during Registration.
